Initial Inspection
Every returning item is checked immediately. Damaged, worn, or missing pieces are pulled from circulation.
Deep Cleaning
Every surface washed with child-safe, non-toxic cleaners. Nothing harsh. No residue left behind.
Sanitisation
Sanitized using a process safe for all ages. Extra care taken for items used by babies aged 0-2 years.
Piece-by-Piece Check
Every puzzle piece, every block, every component — counted and verified. Never an incomplete set.
Sealed & Dispatched
Packed hygiene-fresh and sealed before leaving us. Untouched from clean to your doorstep.
